In my scanning of msgs related to the US-122 someone had mentioned playing with the time window setting on the Impulse screen as a potential solution.
A quick experiment with this does the trick. Stuttering occurs indeed with the US-122. But touch the time window setting and the stutter is gone.
Where does this leave the problem? Could it be a bug in SMAART? (Although if this problem is unique to the US-122 it still is more of a Tascam problem.)
