I'd guess you went back further than a year to find tentative release dates for Smaart6 projected for 2004. That was our target when we first conceived of the project in early 2003 but the start date for programming was pushed back a couple of times in favor of ongoing development of the current version and a couple of other projects -- that's the problem with having a finite number of programmers. We have been targetting mid-2005 for the past year, but there were enough unknowns starting out that we were unable to pin it down any tighter and we and have made no secret of that.

Were you just curious or do you have a specific need that SmaartLive 5 can't accomodate? We're always willing to at least consider any reasonable feature requests.
