"No" ... which is something of a disappointment given SIASoft's otherwise exemplary track record on training, documentation and general tech support. As nice ( and unusual ) as it is to actually get a printed and bound user manual with software of any kind there are some things that make a searchable pdf of the documentaion a useful tool.
